What we collect

Details you give us through our contact form, booking system, chat assistant, phone or email, such as your name, business, phone number, email and message.

How we use it

Only to reply to you, arrange and deliver our services, and keep basic business records. We don't sell your information.

Third-party services

We use Cal.com for bookings, Cloudflare to host this website and to store and email contact form messages to us, and an AI provider (the demo chat currently runs offline) to power the demo chat. Messages typed into the chat are sent to that provider to generate a reply. Please don't type personal or sensitive information into the chat.

Client data during our work

When we work on your systems we use access you can revoke, don't ask for master passwords, remove our access when the job is done, and never put your customers' personal or health information into public AI tools.
